how we use BKO BALANCE

stop the perm process
swipe onto lash tips with a lip applicator, then wipe clean. this keeps the curl exactly where you left it and prevents any unwanted over-processing.

finish & BALANCE
apply all over the lashes, emulsify for 1–2 minutes, wipe with a wet cotton pad, then dry and style. that's it — soft, healthy, balanced lashes, every time.
