Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BKO! 🤍 Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Processing time

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to pack your order. We quality-check every item before it ships (yes, our tweezers are hand-tested!), so if something doesn't pass our check, it may take a little longer. Orders aren't processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping time starts once your order is handed to the carrier, and doesn't include processing time.

Shipping within the USA

  • Standard: $8.50, 2–5 business days
  • Express: $14.50, 1–3 business days
  • Priority Mail Express: calculated at checkout, 1 business day

Orders over $150 ship with signature required, so your package arrives safely in your hands.

International shipping

  • Standard: $22.99, 6–18 business days
  • Express: $39.99, 2–5 business days
  • Australia: live carrier rates are shown at checkout, so you'll never be asked to pay extra after ordering.

Canada: please note that import fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping protection

You can add shipping protection at checkout. If a protected package is lost, stolen or damaged, we'll file the claim for you. For anything else, see our Return Policy.

Lost or "delivered" packages

  • Lost in transit (no tracking updates for 7 days in the US, or 14 days internationally, and your package never arrives): you choose a replacement or a refund.
  • Marked delivered but not received: packages sometimes turn up a little late, so please check with neighbors, your mailroom and your local post office, and give it 2 business days. Still missing? Reach out within 14 days of the delivery date with your order # and we'll take care of you with a one-time courtesy replacement or store credit. If you added shipping protection, we'll file the claim for you and it's resolved the same way.

Packages marked delivered aren't eligible for a refund. After a delivered-but-not-received claim, future orders ship with signature required.
